AUTUMN/WINTER 2019-2020
Shifting the FOCUS
This season, in addition to our signature pure silks, like chiffon, georgette and crepe de chine, we've added luxurious voile, cashmere, wool crepe and mohair. This palette of fabrics and textures allows us to create layered looks, which will take Valentina & Valentia woman from warm September days well into foggy and cold February.
Irresistibly light, the silhouette is both extremely feminine and flowing, yet almost architecturally basic and indulgently minimalistic. Abundance of delicate stylistic elements, like jabots, pleated high collars, ruffled cuffs and tiered skirts gets balanced with smooth lines of easy-to-wear wrap skirts, lowered sleeve line and slightly oversized knits.
Neutral tones are destined for days when Valentina & Valentia woman is seeking universal comfort and simplicity. There are also the blues. Sublime shades of winter fog, so often hovering over the Greater Seattle Area, transform into tones of aquamarine waters one can find on the endless shores of Hawaii. Discover these colors on dresses, blouses and skirts and add their subtle lightness to your winter wardrobe. We also added splashes of red and black, because we are always looking for that golden line we call balance.
